Quantum Announces StorageCare™ Program to Assist Customers Impacted by Recent Hurricanes

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][mk_dropcaps style=”simple-style”]F[/mk_dropcaps]or Quantum customers impacted by hurricanes Harvey and Irma, Quantum is announcing a StorageCare™ program designed to help those customers get their businesses and operations up and running again.

Quantum’s regional pre-sales technical consultants are available to meet with customers to assist in either disaster recovery planning or preparation for anticipated events. For customers in the path of these hurricanes, any assessments will be performed free of charge.

In addition, Quantum’s tech support team will be available 24 x 7 to assist those customers, regardless of their SLA, and Quantum will also make free loaner equipment available for severely impacted customers to help them get operations back online. Once operations are up and running, loaner equipment can be returned, or purchased when customers choose to keep the equipment permanently.

This StorageCare™ program is currently available to US-based customers with a documentable “disaster situation” (fire, flood, hurricane, other “act of God”).  If your business has been impacted by these natural disasters, contact Quantum at QuantumHurricaneRelief@Quantum.Com and we’ll do what we can to help.
